Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the App Store app → tap your profile → Subscriptions → ChainLearn → Cancel Subscription. Apple manages all subscription billing.

How do I delete my account?

Open ChainLearn → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your ChainLearn data from our servers.

What languages does ChainLearn support?

You can learn English, Spanish, or Turkish. The app interface is also available in English, Turkish, and Spanish.

Where is my data stored?

Your vocabulary chain is stored in our Supabase backend and synced to your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
